The destiny of our generation is a kingdom come. An ushering in of a King of old, from ages past memory before time. We are to be the fulfillment of His kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.
What is destiny? It is the fulfillment of every dream, the very heart of God in mankind. Of the expectation of the ages consummated on a generation willing to lay down their own visions, dreams, destiny to become the embodiment of His vision, dreams, destiny and in that laying down finding a dream so much bigger, so much more fulfilling as to make the other but a fleeting vapor, dust in the wind.
And what can that destiny be? To see a nation born in a day? To see the chariots of heavens host on the mountains, to see nothing short of a global awakening sweeping through every nation, peoples, tribes, tounge. To see every area of society on its knees to the one King the Lord of all.
What can be the cost of this Kingdom come, this destiny revealed? The question should not be at what cost but more so at what price is too high to see it fulfilled. The answer is nothing? There is nothing to great to pay to see the fulfillment of this dream of God.
Much blood, sweat, and tears will be lain at the alter of freedom. Freedom from pain, despair, sin, and death. What is your reality? Is it a nine to five prison, is it the matrix, “the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the Truth”. Or is it His reality, the Truth embodied in a man called Jesus Christ. Who showed us something more real, more solid than this earth. That there is nothing that can stand against a Kingdom come in the flesh of people like you and I. That there is nothing of eternal value outside of Christ but in Christ there is nothing we cannot do.
Jim Elliot, someone who understood this Kingdom and laid down his life to see the Auca Indians enter it said “He is no fool to give what he cannot keep, to gain what he cannot lose.” This is how we should live our lives, a drink offering poured out to Him.

I was just thinking yesterday how I'm so poured out, but am I poured out like a drink offering? Its one thing to be drained, but its another to give everything worshipfully.
Thanks for the devotion, its always good to get the heart refocused.
And I'm stoked you are blogging. Gonna link you asap.
